Delete your BreedTrail account

How to request deletion

1. Open account deletion and sign in if requested.
2. BreedTrail opens Settings at the Delete account section.
3. Enter your password. Social accounts must sign in again within 10 minutes.
4. Choose Delete account permanently to confirm.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address connected to your account.

Data that is deleted

• Your BreedTrail account, authentication sessions and push registrations.
• Live workspace records controlled solely by your account, including animal and breeding records.
• Private media controlled solely by your account.

If you administer a shared workspace, you may need to transfer administration before deleting your account.

Data that may be retained

• Encrypted rolling backups may retain deleted data for up to 35 days.
• Security and audit logs are normally retained for 12 months, and longer only for an active security investigation or legal claim.
• Genuinely anonymous aggregate research results cannot be linked back to or deleted for an individual account.
